Instructions:

If you have version 1.0.5 of the Activity Trainer:

1. Click here to download the patch to your computer (Select the "Save" option when prompted by your web browser). This patch is approx. 4.5MB in size.
2. Locate the downloaded file on your computer (ActivityTrainer_v1.0.6_win32Patch_from1.0.5.exe), and double-click the file to launch the patch.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to update your Activity Trainer installation.

If you have a version of the Activity Trainer prior to 1.0.5 (1.0 through 1.0.4):

1. Click here to download the patch to your computer (Select the "Save" option when prompted by your web browser).  This patch is approx. 155MB in size.
2. Locate the downloaded file on your computer (ActivityTrainer_v1.0.6_win32Patch.exe), and double-click the file to launch the patch.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to update your Activity Trainer installation.
