Patch Instructions:

If you have version 1.2 of the Activity Trainer:

1) Choose one of the following patches and download it to your computer (Select the "Save" option when prompted by your web browser):

Full Patch (Includes all new Activities - 265 MB)
Mini Patch (No new Activities - 5 MB)

2) Locate the downloaded file on your computer, and double-click the file to launch the patch.
3) Follow the on-screen instructions to update your Activity Trainer installation.

If you have a version of the Activity Trainer prior to 1.2 (1.0 through 1.1):

1) Choose one of the following patches and download it to your computer (Select the "Save" option when prompted by your web browser):

Full Patch (Includes all new Activities - 762 MB)
Mini Patch (No new Activities - 100 MB)

2) Locate the downloaded file on your computer, and double-click the file to launch the patch.
3) Follow the on-screen instructions to update your Activity Trainer installation.

Installation Instructions:

1) Choose one of the following installations and download it to your computer (Select the "Save" option when prompted by your web browser):

 Activity Trainer 1.2.2 Full Installation (1126 MB)
Activity Trainer 1.2.2 Mini-Trial (100 MB)
