You will need a good high speed internet connection to view these videos. If you have a high speed connection, but poor bandwidth, you may want to try to download the videos to your computer or network (under Support->Activity Trainer->Tools).

You will also need your screen resolution to be at least 1024 x 768 to view the videos.
