The DT Trainer 2.0.6.1 version is now available for download from www.dttrainer.com/updates.html (updated link) and is now shipping on new orders.
The major features in the new version include: * The training videos are now on the CD for home customers that do not have access to high speed internet can take advantage of these time saving videos. * Now it is easier to create students while better reflecting teaching preferences and student needs. * Fixed screen flashing problem. This issue was not very noticeable on some system while very noticeable on others. Now the training screen changes smoothly through the trials. * Implemented a fix for new XP systems that do not have the Microsoft VM. About 1/5 of the reinforcers would freeze do to a bug in the SUN Java support. Unable to get SUN to fix the problem, we implemented a different method that works with the SUN Java support. This problem was limited to XP systems where the computer manufacturer only shipped the SUN Java and not the Microsoft VM.
If you do not like to read manuals or you are not able to just figure out software, the videos quickly get you started or improve your skills! The videos are especially great for people who do not feel their computer skills are very good. Our training videos are still available on our web site at www.dttrainer.com/trainingvideos.html (updated link ), but are also on the CD for home users that just have dial-up and not high speed internet.
