1. The DT Trainer and Activity Trainer both require that a few multimedia components be installed on your computer in order for them to properly run. The installer will install them if necessary. It is critical that you not cancel these installations, and allow them to run completely.
2. The installers are large files, and could take a half hour or more to download depending on the speed of your internet connection. Please be sure that you give the download adequate time to complete. Do not take the download process lightly check the estimated download time and view the troubleshooting section below if you are having problems.
3. The DT Trainer is currently compatible with Windows XP, Vista, and 7. The Activity Trainer is compatible with Windows XP, Vista, and 7.
