Accelerations Educational Software, creators of the DT Trainer and Activity Trainer, has launched a new and more informative website. Our focus when developing this new site was to give our customers and potential customers all the information they need, whether it be research or support.
Our products sections for DT Trainer, Activity Trainer, and Storymovies have been extended and organized to provide you with the information you need when researching the advantages of our products. The “product” section for our flagship product, The DT Trainer, delivers you videos, customer feedback, supporting research and much more pre-sale information that you need to justify to your institution that the DT Trainer will be beneficial.
If you are familiar with our company you know we put great pride in our support. That is why with this new website we have built a strong Training and Support section. We provide DT Trainer and Activity Trainer specific support sections. These sections include useful downloads, upgrading information, troubleshooting documents, tutorials, tools, and training videos. We are adding tutorials and other information daily. If you have any suggestions on things that we should add a tutorial on please contact us at support@dttrainer.com.
Another support tool that we are very excited to announce is our support ticket center. We have implemented an enterprise support ticket system that will streamline the support process for our customers. This will increase the efficiency and accuracy or our support process and make the whole process a lot easier for everyone.
The resources section includes materials on becoming an advocate for AES, university resources for research projects, and also the autism links section to some online autism websites. Our company section gives you more information about what we and our founder are all about. We are a small company with big intentions!
